About US

Iowa Blitz and Iowa Gold Fastpitch is one of the oldest softball organizations in Central Iowa. We are based out of Des Moines, but pull athletes from all across the state. Established in 2009, Iowa Blitz and Iowa Gold Fastpitch has 8 different team spanning from 11U – 18U and rostering over 100 athletes.

Training Opportunities

Our Coaching staff provides a multitude of skills and opportunities for you to grow as an athlete. Many of our coaching staff provide individual lessons on top of the teams that they coach.
